In an effort to reduce our use of paper, YIG is proud to have launched a web-based system for registration, payments, and submissions.

Make sure you check YIGnet and the Deledex frequently for updates!

1. HOW ARE DELEDEX ACCOUNTS CREATED?

  • Deledex accounts are created by your chapter's advisor or president.
  • They will need a working email address for you.
  • Your log-in information will be sent to this address with a temporary password (random letters and numbers) - the password is case sensitive.
  • The first time you log-in make sure you change your password to something you can easily remember.

2. I HAVE A DELEDEX ACCOUNT, BUT I NEED TO GET MY PASSWORD. HOW CAN I GET IT?

  • Click here to access the Deledex Password Retrieval page - Sr. Deledex or Jr. Deledex.
  • Type in the email address associated with the account
  • The current password will be sent to that email account
  • Please note that if you have used a default email for multiple accounts, you will receive all the passwords associated with that email address.
  • In the event that you receive an error message saying that an account can not be found - “No account could be found with the email address yiggie@floridayig.net” - contact the State Office via email with the user name, chapter, and correct email to fix the problem

A few more Deledex pointers:

User Information:
  • “Years in Program” must include this year
  • If this is your first year in the program, that would be ONE YEAR in the program
  • If you participated in the Junior YIG program, include those years as well. If you are a Sophomore that started the program your last year of middle school, you have had THREE YEARS in the program
  • If this number is not correct and you are a legislator, you WILL NOT BE PLACED into the correct chamber for Assembly!
  • If this number is not correct and you are in another program area, you may not be able to register for Assembly!
  • User information IS audited – falsifying information will result in your UNTIMELY DOOM.
  • Instead of filling out your information again when registering for Assembly (and other YIG functions) it will be pulled from the Deledex. MAKE SURE your information is correct! The Deledex is your direct link to the State Office.
  • Verify your email upon logging in
