These subject matters will have the full support of the Executive Branch behind them.

These priorities may be used in conjunction with the Legislative Priorities for the program year  presented by the Legislative POs and the Legislative Moratorium to select a bill topic.

Legislative delegates should consider one of these subjects when drafting their legislation.  Inclusion on this list should not be considered any endorsement of a particular view point, but simply that these agenda items should be addressed in some way (pro or con) by the members of the legislature.
