Topics included on the legislative moratorium will not be recognized as viable subject matters for legislation in the Williams, Sullivan, or Bowen Chambers. 

Topics are placed under moratorium because they have been presented to the Executive Cabinet in one of the previous two program years.
Topics placed on the Moratorium will stay 2 program years.
Legislation written in any way related to the topics below will not be published in the Assembly BillBook.

During the 2012-2013 Program Year there will be NO MORATORIUM.
