Topics are placed under moratorium because they have been presented to the Executive Cabinet in one of the previous two program years.

Topics placed on the Moratorium will stay 2 program years.

Legislation written in any way related to the topics below will not be published in the Assembly BillBook.

During the 2012-2013 Program Year there will be NO MORATORIUM.
